The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a coffee machine, a dining area with breakfast bar for two guests and a sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. There is one mezzanine-style double bedroom, along with a ground-floor shower room. To the exterior, there is an outside area with furniture and off-road parking is available. Within 3.6 miles you will find a shop and within 0.9 miles,please note, no smoking is allowed at this property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Beckaford View is a delightful base, ideal for a couple’s getaway in Devon (babies and children are not allowed). Note: The property is next to the owner’s home. Note: There are unfenced ponds nearby, please ensure dogs are supervised. Note: The stunning picture windows have blinds fitted which can cover the lower section of the window leaving the Dartmoor scenery available to guests for morning viewing. Eye masks are available for those that prefer complete darkness when sleeping. Note: Two well-behaved dogs are allowed.
