The living areas in this first-floor barn conversion consist of an open-plan living space equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Breakfast bar for two, dining table and a sitting room with Smart TV. There is one double bedroom serviced by a bathroom with washing machine. Outside there is off-road parking and a front patio with furniture. Within 1.5 miles there is a shop and 0.4 miles pub. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels all included in the price. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead when outside the property. Note: There are 15 steps up into the property, please take care.

Smallbrook Meadows is a nature reserve, park, and skatepark in Warminster that is easily accessible on foot, beginning with one of the town's three supermarkets or one of its many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, antique shops, museums, or theatres. While they're not busy making award-winning malted barley for the beer industry, the friendly folks at Warminster Maltings open their doors to the public for tours and cream teas in the summer.
