This single-storey cottage has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom, a cloakroom, and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. There is also a shared pool room with an en-suite shower room and a shared games room. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, shared washer/dryer, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi, pool table/table tennis, dart board, games and CDs. Outside, there is off-road parking and a garden with a lawn, patio and furniture. Two well-behaved pets are welcome and fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub within 1.5 miles. The Orangery makes a lovely escape to Worcestershire. Note: The garden is not enclosed.

Upton upon Severn, is a charming little town on the banks of the River Severn, with a range of delightful 17th-century buildings and attractive businesses, including 'The Pudding Shop,' as well as traditional inns, cafes, restaurants, and its own museum. It also hosts a number of annual festivals, such as the Jazz, Folk, and Blues Festivals, as well as the Sunshine Music Festival. Malvern, a charming Worcestershire town, and the dramatic Malvern Hills are about 6 miles away. The Malvern Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with 100 miles of footpaths and bridleways and constitute a 9-mile stretch of old rock is also within easy reach.

Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.
