Between Lincoln and Gainsborough, you'll find the picturesque village of Scampton. The village is best known as the location of RAF Scampton, but it also features a number of interesting sights, such as the Lincolnshire Showground and the Tillbridge Lane Viewpoint. Dambusters Inn and The Inn on the Green are two nearby restaurants, and a Costcutter supermarket can be used to stock up on groceries. Gainsborough Old Hall and the Gainsborough Heritage Centre can be found in the nearby market town of Gainsborough, not far from the village.
