The living areas in this first-floor annex consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, woodburning stove, and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a side patio with furniture and barbecue, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved small dogs, or one well-behaved large dog welcomed. This is a smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 1.3 miles and a pub in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: The property is attached to the owner's home and is set on a farm with geese and ducks to the side of the annex. Note: The property is only accessibly by a flight of steps.

Between Bovey Tracey and Newton Abbot is the charming Devonshire village of Chudleigh Knighton. A few services are available in the village, such as Warner the Café, Claycutters Arms, and a post office, and river walks along the River Teign are well-liked. Visitors entering Newton Abbot will find more services and activities, such as the 114-acre Stover Country Park, the Decoy Country Park, and the Newton Abbot Racecourse. Several attractions, including the Torquay Museum, Meadfoot Beach, and Tessier Gardens, may be found in the seaside town of Torquay, which is readily reachable from the village. For those who enjoy the outdoors, the nearby Dartmoor National Park is filled with scenic locations and hiking paths that are advised to explore while there.
