The bedrooms consist of two doubles, one with en-suite shower room, along with an additional shower room. Outside, there is a private courtyard with patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car with additional parking on request.. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Wells-next-the-Sea is a picturesque coastal resort on the North Norfolk coast, complete with a sandy beach, colourful harbour, and lovely pinewoods for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation for the whole family. Location: on the outskirts of Holkham National Nature Reserve and inside the magnificent Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty describes this town. There is a beautiful array of boutique shops, supermarkets, gastropubs, fine restaurants, delis, and traditional fish and chips at the Quay, as well as a historic harbour, the Buttlands town green, the magnificent Holkham Hall, and the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway. In addition to the nearby Norfolk Coastal Path, Holkham Village, and Burnham Market, visitors to the area may also easily travel to other major locations in Norfolk such as the Norfolk Broads and the heart of nearby Norwich.
