The living areas in this duplex apartment set over three floors consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and dining table, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a second-floor king-size, serviced by a shower room. Outside there if off road parking for two cars, a rear garden with furniture and wrap-around grounds. Within 0.1 miles you'll find a shop and a pub. One Well-behaved pet allowed. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Residence is a fabulous dwelling for those looking to explore Cumbria. Cumbria's quiet, rural village of Cleator lies between Cleator Moor and Egremont, just outside the Lake District National Park. Longlands Lake, a wildlife sanctuary and a great place to see wildflowers and birds, can be found in the vicinity of the village. Brook Inn is the only restaurant in the village, serving up hearty, locally sourced fare with a side of beer, and the village also has a local shop, where visitors can stock up on supplies for their holiday. Visitors to St Bees can relax on the beach or take part in the Coast to Coast Walk along the St Bees Head Heritage Coast, which is just a short drive from Cleator.
