The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, and a twin (zip/link features to a king-size), along with a main bathroom. Outside there is a front garden with lawn and bench, a side garden with patio and furniture, off-road parking for two cars, and an EV charging point. You'll find a shop and pub within 0.6 miles. One well-behaved dog is welcomed, but please no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair and travel cot will be available on request. Spinners Cottage is the perfect countryside base in West Yorkshire. Note: The cottage is situated on the owner's land and is accessible via a long bumpy drive approx 300 metres long. Note: Some of the interior doorways are low.

East Morton is a peaceful, rural village located halfway between Bingley and Keighley. The community is recognised for its perfect rural position, which is flanked by Rombalds Moor and the woods of Morton Beck on the northern side of Airedale valley and offers a variety of attractions such as Fardew Golf Course and The National Trust's East Riddlesden Hall. The Busfeild Arms, a public house named after the local Busfeild family who lived in the region in the 19th century, is a good place to eat, and the neighbouring East Morton Community Shop is a good place to fill up on necessities. Keighley, a larger market town with more attractions and amenities such as supermarkets, Devonshire Park, and Cliffe Castle, is easily accessible.
