The bedrooms include a double and twin serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is off-road parking for 2 cars and a garden and decking with furniture and barbecue. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. This property will accept pets however smoking is not allowed. Within 2.3 miles there is a shop and within 0.2 miles there is a pub. Battel Hall Cottage is a wonderful escape, whatever time of year. A few miles from Maidstone, Kent's biggest town, the quiet community of Harrietsham is located in the Maidstone District. The community, although has a small population, has excellent amenities, such as a convenience shop, a bar called the Percival's Rest, and a long-standing village hall. Walkers who brave the hard ascent up the North Downs slopes will be rewarded with the chance to take a short break at The Ringlestone Inn, one of the county's most renowned inns. The county seat of Kent, Maidstone, is conveniently reachable and has wonderful shopping amenities, as well as a variety of amazing sights and cafes. It features a diverse mix of unusual boutiques and high street favourites.

Kent is affectionately known as the Garden of England. Its history and heritage provide the region with a rich array of sightseeing possibilities, while the stunning choice of Blue Flag beaches offer the chance to enjoy the beautiful coastline.
