The living areas in the property are over three floors and consist of a kitchen/diner with electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, dining seating, a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for 12 and radio, a sitting room with TV and open fire, and a snug with open fire and TV with Sky, DVD player and soundbar, a conservatory/games room with pool table and dart board. Six bedroom over the top two floors: 3 x king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, 1 with bath, heated towel rails and WC, 3 x king-size rooms. 1 x family bathroom with en-suite bath, hand-held shower, basin, heated towels rail and WC, 1 x bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and WC. In 4 bedrooms there is a also a single bed. There is also a put up bed that can sleep a child under the age of 12 years old. 2 x cloakroom with basin and WC. Electric range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, 2 large fridge freezers, 2 toasters 2 kettles and 3 coffee machines. Dining room with seating for 16. Lounge with open fire and TV with a selection of books and games. Snug with 65 inch Smart TV with full Sky Package including Sky Sports and soundbar. Conservatory Games Room with pool table, table tennis and football table. Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. 2 downstairs cloakrooms both with WC basin and towel rail. Southrepps, a little community in north Norfolk, is only five miles from Cromer. There are two stores and a popular bar in the small town. Overstrand village, perched on a cliff above a wide sandy beach, can be reached in less than four miles. Just five miles north of Southrepps is the beach village of Cromer, famous the world over for its Cromer crabs. Sheringham, a pleasant coastal town just a few miles up the coast, is where the North Norfolk Steam Railway pulls into for the day. Holt and Aylsham are two popular market towns not far from Norwich, which is home to the cathedral and many chances for wildlife and birdwatching.

Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.
