The living area in this detached, single-storey lodge is open-plan with a kitchen containing an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and slimline dishwasher, a dining table for four, and a sitting area with a Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, and a twin with a Smart TV, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a decking area with furniture with portable charcoal BBQ (charcoal not included) and off-road parking. Within 1.8 miles, there is a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub. Smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Birch Lodge is in a prime location for exploring Lancashire, the Lake District, and Yorkshire Dales with your loved ones. Two well behaved non-malting dogs welcome; £25 per pet.
