The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for five guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. There are three ground-floor bedrooms including a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a twin and a single, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a front communal picnic area, a private garden to the rear of the property, shared glass dining house and dog field, as well as off-road parking. Within 1 mile you will find both a shop and a pub and within 0.1 miles, a pond and please note that dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Return to The Old Barn in Devon year after a year, for a memorable holiday with loved ones. Note: There is an additional charge of £30 per dog, per week.

Colyton, a small village in East Devon, has been inhabited since 700 AD. Colyton, which is three miles from Seaton and six miles from Axmouth, contains a lot of historical structures, like St. Andrew's Church, as well as meandering alleyways filled with independent businesses. The numerous inns provide delicious food and a friendly atmosphere. From the tram stop in Colyton, you may take a relaxing ride to Seaton along the River Axe. The charming towns of Colyford, Southleigh, Northleigh, and Farway are tucked away in the Coly Valley and make for pleasant day trips.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
