The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric double oven, induction, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and a living/dining room with dining seating for six guests and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, double and a twin, along with a bathroom, a shower room, and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-friendly and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Obo’s Retreat is the ideal base for a family retreat to Cornwall. Note: Shed is not available for guest use

Wadebridge, a thriving market town, is wonderfully situated next to the River Camel's flow, making it a great starting point for experiencing North Cornwall's natural splendour. The town is home to the only family-owned movie theatre in North Cornwall as well as a wide variety of outstanding stores, pubs, and restaurants that all provide a personal and pleasant service. In addition to the renowned Camel Trail passing through the town, which offers 17 miles of wonderful, traffic-free walking, horseback riding, and cycling opportunities, the lovely countryside surrounding the town is crisscrossed with a network of local footpaths, incredible gardens, and stately homes to explore. The picturesque North Cornwall coast is only 5 miles away and offers a wide variety of beaches, rocky coves, and towering cliffs to explore. Padstow, another neighbouring town, is a must-visit for its vibrant harbour, pastel-washed mediaeval homes, and renowned restaurants. Visit Newquay, the hub of UK surfing, for its more than 11 miles of golden sand beaches, interesting sea life centre, thrilling wildlife, and exhilarating nightlife. Whatever you're looking for, this lovely holiday spot has something for you.
