The living areas in the mid-terrace cottage consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining seating for four people, along with a sitting room hosting a TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a rear enclosed patio with furniture, along with off-road parking for two cars. Within 4.3 miles, you'll find a shop, and within 4.1, a pub. Pets welcome, but smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A stairgate is also provided.
