Outside there is an EV charger (for an separate charge payable directly to the owner/ guests must bring their own EV charging cable), an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture, charcoal barbecue, and a bike rack and a private driveway for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and two stairgates, a highchair and a travel cot are available. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.9 miles and the beach in 1.5 miles. Pickney House is a fabulous base for a family break to Cornwall. Note: There are steps to the exterior of the property.
