The first-floor open-plan living area has a kitchen, dining area for eight guests, and a sitting area with Smart TV, woodburning stove, and balcony. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and en-suite bathroom, two ground-floor doubles, one with TV and access to the Jack-and-Jill family bathroom, and a ground-floor twin with en-suite shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with hot tub, furniture and charcoal barbecue, bike storage, and off-road parking. Within 2.8 miles, there is a shop, within 2.9, a pub, and within 1.7, a beach. Mullion is a major village on the Lizard Peninsula, 5 miles south of Helston and 5 miles from Lizard Point. Mullion Meadows Chocolate Factory and coffee shop, as well as Mullion Cove, a working harbour, are located in the village. Helston is a beautiful, lively market town noted for its Flora Day Festival and "Furry Dance" folklore. Poldark Mine, one of the best subterranean experiences in the south west, informs about the area's mining legacy. Falmouth and Land's End are further away.
