The living areas in the three-storey, mid-terrace cottage consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen offering an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with a TV, along with a utility offering a washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor double with an en-suite shower room, a double with a sitting area and another double, along with a shower room. Outside, there is rear enclosed decking with furniture, on-street parking and further parking available at a nearby public car park. Within 0.2 miles, you'll find a shop, within 0.1 mile, a pub, and within 2.8, a beach. Please be aware that this property accepts two well-behaved pets, but does not allow smoking. Helston is located at the western entrance of the Lizard Peninsula, a wide stretch of downland surrounded by a stunning beach. Helston is a bustling market town known for its Flora Day Festival, and the intriguing Helston Folk Museum tells numerous stories of the town's history. The Poldark Mine, one of the greatest underground adventures in the south west, is close by, and it informs of the area's extensive mining history.
