The living area in the property consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four people and a sitting area with a Freeview TV, DVD player, selection of books, games and DVDs. There is also a utility with a washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, both with Freeview TVs, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a rear garden with patio, shared use of a fishing lake, off-road parking for one car and additional parking in the nearby visitor's car park. Within 1.8 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.7, a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, however please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Merryfield Lodge is a homely base for a family of four's Cornwall holday.

The historic market town of Liskeard is located in South East Cornwall at the head of the Looe Valley. The town has a weekly market and is home to a number of shops, pubs and restaurants. The beaches and harbour of the quaint fishing port of Looe is a mere 9 miles away. In-between there’s fishing and watersports at nearby Siblyback Lake, the Donkey Sanctuary at St Ann's Chapel, Cotehele House (NT) and gardens, and the championship golf course at St Mellion International Resort.
