Between the magnificent cathedral city of Canterbury and the port town of Sandwich is the charming Kent village of Wingham. The Dog Inn, which was previously a coaching inn and dates back to the 13th century, offers traditional dishes made using products that may be found nearby. Wingham Wildlife Park, which is open every day of the week, is less than half a mile from the settlement.
