To the front, there is a first-floor terrace with furniture and summerhouse, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.5 miles, there is a shop, within 0.1, a pub, and within 0.2, Chesil Beach. The village of Fortuneswell is on the rugged Isle of Portland peninsula, joined to the mainland by Chesil Beach, a pebble spit that stretches 18 miles towards West Bay.
