The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, snug area, Smart TV, and woodburning stove, a utility with washing machine, fridge, and tumble dryer, a dining room with dining seating for ten guests, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, two doubles and two twins, along with a bathroom and a two ground-floor shower rooms. Outside there is 1-acre of garden with a wooded area patio, furniture, and hot tub, as well as ample private parking. Within 0.4 miles you will find both a shop and a pub and within 0.3 miles, a beach and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed but must be kept off the furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Farmhouse is a charming base to explore the surroundings of North Wales. Note: Boat parking can be arranged upon booking.

Nefyn, a charming seaside hamlet on the Llyn Peninsula's north coast, with a lovely two-mile stretch of sand beach that is well-liked by families. It is perched atop sweeping cliffs. The town is close to the facilities of the well-known towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch and offers a decent selection of stores, bars, and restaurants. There are fishing, sailing, and water sports accessible, and the area's coastline is lined with castles and coves. A 25-mile drive will bring you to the Snowdonia National Park, known for its stunning landscape and numerous excellent hikes. Nefyn is an excellent place to stay when on holiday because it is so close to so many different places.
