Appliances include an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, and two Smart TVs. The bedrooms consist of 1 x ground-floor king-size and 1 x ground-floor double, both with en-suites, a ground-floor twin, and a first floor king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed garden area with lawn, gravelled space and furniture, along with off-road parking for up to four cars. Please note, this is a smoke-free property. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Highchair available on request. Bring your loved ones for a memorable stay at Hurdwick Lodge. Note: There is an unfenced pond located on the parkland, please make sure children are supervised. Note: The owner's home is located adjacent to the lodge. Within an hour's drive, Torbay, the Eden Project, and the sandy surfing beaches of Devon and North Cornwall all offer things to do for the whole family.
