The living areas in this charming property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a sitting room with woodburning stove and veranda. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a mezzanine double serviced by a first-floor shower room, there is also a cloakroom with basin, WC and washing machine. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and a private garden with decking, furniture, external shower room with WC and access to a short path leading to the beach. Within 2.7 miles there is a shop and 0.1 miles a pub and beach. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Westcott is a beautiful setting a family holiday to the Lincolnshire coast. Note: The mezzanine bedroom is accessed by six steps, has sloping ceilings with limited head height and a low level double bed. NOTE: No Sunday check ins allowed

On the Lincolnshire coast, seven miles from the popular resort town of Skegness, is the beautiful small village of Chapel St. Leonards. The town centre is packed with traditional stores, family-friendly bars, and restaurants and cafes. The broad sandy beaches and sand dunes are the ideal spot to relax, and the colourful beach cottages add to the beauty of this picturesque community. Chapel St. Leonards has an excellent recreation centre where families may rent motorboats, quad bikes, play crazy golf, or go fishing. Each year, the Chapel Carnival Parade features a variety of inventive floats and activities on the Village Green, as well as a fireworks display on the promenade. Three miles away lies Fantasy Island Theme Park in Ingoldmells, and the lively larger resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe are worth a visit.
