The open-plan living space includes a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer.The bedrooms include a king-size with TV and a twin with TV, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels, travel cot and highchair are included in the price. One pet is welcome however smoking is not allowed. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop, and within 0.1 mile there is a pub, and within 0.4, a beach. 5 Ivy Cottage is a spectacular retreat for a getaway to Yorkshire. This property does not have a garden.

Whitby is a beach town and port at the mouth of the River Esk in North Yorkshire's Scarborough region. The location is ideal for visiting this lovely part of Yorkshire, and the surrounding area offers a wide range of activities, ensuring that you get the most out of both the countryside and the seaside. There's plenty for everyone here, from the surrounding North York Moors to its Blue Flag beaches, at any time of year. Whitby, among its many attractions, has a beautiful ambience, with meandering streets and hidden alleyways where you may find a diverse selection of cafés and boutiques.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
