Pow-Wow Cottage is a charming Victorian terrace resting in Powfoot, near Annan in Dumfries and Galloway. Hosting three bedrooms, including two doubles and a single, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to five guests. There is also a kitchen, utility, dining room with electric fire and sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there is 1 allocated parking space with additional roadside parking available, an enclosed front garden with a bench and a rear garden with lawn and lockable storage. The former harbour town of Annan is idyllically nestled on the banks of the River Annan, in East Dumfries and Galloway. Steeped in history, the area was once the workplace of famed writer Thomas Carlyle. There's a host of amenities, with convenience stores, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants, as well as attractions including Lonsdale Cinema and Annan Museum. Within easy reach is the unspoilt Scottish coastline, where beachside fun awaits.

From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain’s best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
