There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, and enclosed decking with furniture. The twin towns of Bowness and Windermere provide a range of amenities, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes whilst Ambleside offers the additional attraction of a boat ride to Bowness, the Lakeside Aquarium and Beatrix Potter's 'Hill Top House'. Within driving distance is Grizedale Forest Park and the 'Go Ape' adventure park, as well as many National Trust properties and a variety of water sports.
