The family bathroom features a corner bath, a basin, a heated towel rail, a bidet, and a WC. Cloakroom with WC and basin. Kitchen/diner. There is a utility which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a dining room. The living room has a wood burning stove. Central heating is provided by oil, and there are two wood burning stoves. The kitchen hosts an oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, dryer, and a dishwasher. WiFi and TV. Fuel & electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is a highchair, a travel cot, and a stairgate available. Three cars can be parked off-road. The front garden has gravel, a patio, and furniture, while the back garden has gravel, a lawn, furniture, and a barbecue. Sorry, no smoking allowed. The nearest shop is 1.5 miles away, and the nearest pub is 1.7 miles away. Please keep in mind when booking that this property is next to a working farm. Please keep in mind that the garden has steep slate steps leading up to the terrace garden, which do not have a handrail. Please keep in mind that the rear garden has a steep drop down from the terrace to the path; please keep children supervised at all times. To the north and south of Dobwalls is a beautiful stretch of Cornish coastline, as well as the market town of Liskeard, and to the east and west is Bodmin Moor. This is an ideal location from which to explore the many attractions of the region, including the attractive fishing ports of Looe, Fowey, and Polperro, as well as Padstow and the surfing beach at Polzeath. Siblyback Lake is a great place to go sailing, fishing, and partake in watersports, or you can travel a little farther to Bodmin Moor, where you can take in the stunning scenery.
