The town is home to two golden beaches, South Bay and Scarborough Beach, a popular aquarium, a beachfront amusement park and so much more. Visitors can enjoy boarding the cliff lift to see several of Scarborough’s attractions, from a steam engine to a high ropes course. History enthusiasts will benefit from visiting the ruins of Scarborough Castle and the Rotunda Museum.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
