The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with a double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a utility with washing machine, and a living/dining room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, a double with en-suite, and a ground-floor twin, along with a ground-floor shower room, and an external annex with double room and en-suite shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and a covered pond, and a private driveway for three cars. You'll find a shop and the beach in 0.4 miles, and a pub in 0.5 miles, and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcomed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Wheatlands is a fabulous dwelling for a family break to Hampshire. Note: The hob is positioned low for those with limited mobility, please be vigilant with children around.
Hayling Island is located south of Havant, between the charming Langstone and Chichester Harbours, with views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight and a variety of family-friendly attractions. This island, which is a classic coastal resort, has three famous beaches that are ideal for walkers and environment enthusiasts. The four-mile-long Hayling Billy coastal path is another popular destination for walkers and cyclists, and the area also provides a variety of sports such as windsurfing, sailing, kite surfing, and golf. Roller coaster rides at Funland amusement park are among the activities available to children. Emsworth, a market town near the Hampshire border with tiny streets, a harbourside, charming pubs, restaurants, and specialty stores, is well worth a visit.
