This property has one double bedroom with a woodburning stove, along with a shower room and an open-plan living space. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a 3D Smart TV, Blue-Ray, and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and lawned gardens with a patio and furniture. Fuel, power,bed linen and towels are included in the rent, but sorry, no pets and no smoking. You can find a shop and pub within 0.6 miles. Please note, check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am, and the parking is approx. 30 steps away from the property . Wisteria is a magical cottage for a romantic getaway.

Grasmere, in the Lake District National Park, was William Wordsworth's home, which he called "the loveliest spot man has found." The Wilson family has made gingerbread in Grasmere for over 60 years. The village has shops, pubs, a 13th-century church, Grasmere Lake, and Grasmere Sports, where you can watch Cumberland Wrestling. Ambleside and Lake Winderemere are 5 miles away and have shops, pubs, restaurants, and the 17th-century Bridge House, one of the most photographed buildings in the Lake District. Lake Windermere offers cruises, boat trips, and watersports. Windermere and Keswick are nearby. Grasmere makes a great Lake District base.
