The living areas in the ground-floor apartment consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, combi microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a living/dining room with a TV and dining seating for four people. There are two zip/link king-sizes with en-suite shower rooms. Outside, there is a communal garden with lawn, patio, gravelled area, barbecue and furniture, along with parking. Within 0.1 mile, you'll find a shop and pub, and within 0.9, a beach. Please note that smoking is prohibited. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. The quaint village of Thurlestone is frequented by both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the magnificent sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone offers an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a historic bar, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where tourists can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. The fishing community of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or may be accessed on foot by the South West Coast Path.
