The lovely village of St. Mawes is located across from Falmouth Harbour and is encircled by the rocky coves, sandy beaches, and verdant landscape of the Roseland Peninsula. Take the passenger boat from Falmouth or drive the 15 kilometres there (15 minutes). Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific significance teeming with a variety of animals, are available for anyone who likes the outdoors. There is a golf course as well.
