The Nest at the Round House is a charismatic cottage hidden within the pretty village of Chitterne near Tilshead, Wiltshire. Home to a king-size bedroom boasting an en-suite shower room, this cottage can sleep a total of two guests. There is also a kitchen/dining room and a sitting room on the ground floor, with the additional benefit of a sofa bed offering flexible seating arrangements. Outside there is a patio to the front of the cottage, along with private off-road parking. The Nest offers an idyllic setting for a romantic getaway for two. Pub serving food within walking distance from cottage. With no street lighting, moonlight and starry skies are the norm. We are on the edge of the new Cranbourne Chase AONB and part of their Dark Sky Reserve.

Resting peacefully on the edge of the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty lies the idyllic village of Tilshead. Made up of a fully-stocked supermarket and a vibrant local pub serving delicious hot dinners, visitors to the area will have all they need for a stress-free escape to the countryside. Make the most of this fantastic setting and embark on some of the finest nature trails that Wiltshire has to offer. Visit the cities of Salisbury and Bath, just a stone's throw away, or soak up the local history with trips to local landmarks and museums such as Stonehenge and the National Trust owned 18th-century Mompesson House.
