                        Annest is a semi-detached cottage resting in Bethesda in Gwynedd. Hosting three bedrooms; a double, a twin, and a single, along with a shower room and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to five guests. Smart TV in lounge and master bedroom with Netflix, iplayer app etc, guests need own account and please log out beifore departure. There is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room and woodburning stove. Wifi fuel and power inc in rent. To the outside, there is a patio, decking and seating, while off-road parking is available for three cars. Annest is a charming cottage encompassed by the picturesque Nant Ffrancon Pass valley, ideal for a family trip to Wales. Please note: water supply is from a local stream; please be mindful of use in dry seasons. Please note that the property is equipped with an electrically operated water treatment system. For safety and operational reasons, do not switch off the electricity supply. CCTV is in operation covering the car park. Please note that due to the rural location the wifi is not as fast as city speeds and can occasionally be intermittent but the TV does also have a Freeview aerial. Travel cot provided; however, mattresses and linen not provided for travel cot. Please note: property under new cleaning management  Oct 2025.

Zip World rests beside large mountains and hills, home to Europe's longest and fastest zip line, as well as mountain karting and tree-top nets. Walking and cycling trails can be found nearby at Capel Curig, Llanberis, Cwm Idwal, whilst the tourist attractions of Snowdon Mountain Railway and the National Slate Museum are popular. There are many seaside and coastal towns/villages a short drive away including Caernarfon, Anglesey and Beaumaris. Bethesda is a great location to explore countryside landscapes, coastal resorts, and vibrant cities.
