1 Barn Cottages is a contemporary ground-floor property situated in Iscoyd in Wales, near to the amenities of Whitchurch. The property houses one king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, accommodating for two guests. There is also a separate shower room and an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Outside there is a large, enclosed paddock and patio area with seating and a gas barbecue, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Electric car charging point available, please bring your own charging lead. A supplementary cost for car charging is payable at the property based on usage. 1 Barn Cottages is a lovely retreat for couples to come and explore the border of England and Wales. Note: Two well-behaved small dogs welcome at a charge of £50.00. Check in is 2pm

Whitchurch is a small village which lies between the towns of Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth, close to the border of Wales. Within the village, you will find a shop and coffee shop selling locally sourced products, pubs and restaurants. Nearby is the Royal Forest of Dean, where you will find opportunities for many outdoor activities including horseback riding, abseiling, caving and several cycling routes and a high wire rope course, with the wider area of the English countryside and Wales being in easy reach too.
