Private courtyard with seating and enclosed garden with lawn and terrace with seating,(garden accessed down a path leading from the rear courtyard patio area). Roadside parking available down the road, (unload outside of property, due to current road works during January & February please park a little further down the road to unload - free parking further down on Parrog Road or at the Boat Club).
