Ty Cuddfan is a charming barn conversion in the village of Llangoed, just a few miles from Beaumaris on the Isle of Anglesey. This all-ground-floor property has three bedrooms; two super-king-size doubles with zip/link, one of which has an en-suite shower room, plus a twin bedroom with zip/link feature. There is also a family shower room, an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining room and sitting room with woodburning stove and a utility with WC. Outside is ample off-road parking, a side garden with patio and furniture and you are surrounded by countryside and the farmer's fields, with grazing sheep. Ty Cuddfan is a fantastic, rural retreat on the Isle of Anglesey.

The village of Llangoed is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the east corner of the Isle of Anglesey. The village has a shop and Post Office and is about three miles from the attractive town of Beaumaris, which boasts a 13th century castle, Georgian and early Victorian houses and shops, a number of excellent tea rooms, restaurants and stylish shops, and a delicatessen. Visit the town’s old courthouse and Victorian gaol, or the pier where you can catch a boat to see the birds on Puffin Island. From the pier and promenade you can enjoy spectacular views across the Menai Straits and Snowdonia.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
