The duplex apartment is set over two floors, the first and second. The living areas consist of a first-floor kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four people, and a first-floor sitting room with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a first-floor double and first-floor twin, along with a second-floor bathroom. Outside, there is no parking but a railway station is nearby. Within 0.1 mile, you'll find a shop and a pub, and within 1 mile, a beach. This property welcomes one large dog or two small-sized dogs and the owner is happy to provide a pet crate. Whitby is a charming coastal town in North Yorkshire that is teeming with history and natural beauty. The focal point of the town is Whitby Abbey, a ruined monastery that overlooks the harbor. The 199 Steps lead down from the abbey to the harbor, and are a popular attraction in their own right. Whitby Museum is also worth a visit, as it contains a wealth of information about the town's history. There are also plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation in Whitby, such as hiking and fishing, and the town's location makes it a great base for exploring the surrounding area.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
