There are three bedrooms in the property sleeping six guests including a king-size, a double, and a truckle bed, served by a first-floor cloakroom and bathroom. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with an electric 'coal effect' fire. To the front of the property is off-road parking for two cars and to the rear is an enclosed lawn and patio with furniture. 23 Ryden Avenue is a wonderful choice for a family escape to Lancashire.
