Duck Cottage is a characterful dwelling nestled in the lovely village of Sutton Poyntz, on the outskirts of Weymouth. It comprises three bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite shower room, a double and children's bunks, sleeping six people altogether. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside is an open front patio and a rear, enclosed garden with lawned area and patio, One car can be parked outside the property, with additional parking in the pub opposite. Duck Cottage offers just the break you need in a wonderful part of Dorset. One well behaved dog is welcome at Duck Cottage. PLEASE NOTE: Electric Vehicle charging is not permitted from this property. Sutton Poyntz is a small village on the outskirts of Weymouth, sitting beneath the George III chalk horse that is carved into the hillside.
