Wyke Lodge Cottage is a detached, stone former coach house on the edge of the village of Staintondale, between Scarborough and Whitby. The cottage has three bedrooms comprising one twin with en-suite facilities, one king-size double and one ground floor single, as well as a ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with an open fire. To the outside of the cottage there is off road parking for 2 cars and a garage and a rear enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. Within 3 miles there is a shop and within 1 mile there is a pub. Located in the North York Moors National Park, Wyke Lodge Cottage is a charming cottage to enjoy at any time. Note: Central heating is operated via a Nest system. Note: WiFi may be limited at times, mobile signal can vary. Note: Please bring your own cot bedding. Note: Dog must be kept downstairs

Staintondale is a delightful village on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, close to the coast. Midway between the fishing town of Whitby, with its Abbey, and the town of Scarborough, with its theatres and entertainment, it is a haven of peace offering the best of both worlds. From Staintondale itself, a network of footpaths and bridleways can be enjoyed.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
