Accommodation: All on the ground floor, has three bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom, shower over bath), family shower room, kitchen, utility, large lounge with gas fire and dining room leading to conservatory with patio doors to paved garden. Facilities include central heating, double glazing, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, TV with Freeview, DVD and garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are supplied, gas and electricity are included with a seasonal supplement of £30. A portable ramp is available on request. Please note that there is a refundable cleaning bond of £50 per dog at this property. This is a No smoking property.
