Living Room
A lovely room with white-washed walls and exposed stone, shutters, wooden floors and a log burner. Furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a *wood burner and Smart TV
*Logs and firelighters provided for first fire

Kitchen
A fabulous kitchen with a good range of appliances, including an electric single fan-assisted oven and grill and induction hob, a Smeg fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, and microwave.
A selection of glasses, cutlery, crockery, cookware and utensils is provided, as well as an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner

Dining Room
A dining table within the kitchen space with six chairs. There is a door opening to the small courtyard at the back of the cottage

Master Bedroom
Situated upstairs on the top floor, this large and luxurious bedroom features a king-size bed and a free-standing roll-top bath
Bedside tables with lamps, a hanging rail for clothes, a mirror, an armchair, a chest of drawers, a Smart TV (with Freeview) and a DVD player, and a hairdryer

Bedroom Two (en-suite)
Situated on the first floor, this elegant bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps, a built-in wardrobe, a Smart TV (with Freeview), and a hairdryer

Bedroom Three
This first-floor bedroom is ideal for children and is furnished with bunk beds, a built-in wardrobe, a mirror, a lamp and a little stool
Please note that the beds in this room are not suitable for adults

Bathroom One
Located on the first floor, the family bathroom includes a walk-in shower, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, mirror and cabinet

Bathroom Two
This first-floor bathroom is the en-suite to Bedroom Two and has a walk-in shower, a hand basin, a mirror, a cabinet, a heated towel rail and a WC

*There’s also a free-standing roll-top bath within the master bedroom on the top floor

Outside
A small courtyard at the back of the cottage is furnished with a bistro table and chairs. This space has a gate which other cottage residents may use as access, so the area isn’t secure for dogs

Parking
The long-stay Island Car Park is a minute’s walk from the property, but please note that it is very popular, so space is limited during the busier months

Please note that Happy Days Cottage accepts a maximum group of 4 adults and 2 children, due to the bunk bedroom being suitable for children.

Pets: 2 pets permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property.
