One step up to the front door

Living
Light-filled and beautifully proportioned, the main living space stretches the full width of the house, with two sash windows framing postcard-perfect views of Mousehole harbour. Sink into the velvet sofa or the oversized fur beanbag beside the cosy wood-burner, warming and cosy for colder evenings. A window seat invites is the perfect perch to watch the world go by

Open plan with the living room. A large dining table with benches stretches across one side of the living space, providing the perfect spot for family feasts or casual breakfasts

Kitchen
A stone step leads to the kitchen, where a beautifully preserved wrought-iron Cornish range takes centre stage. Appliances include a double electric oven and grill, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner
The shelves are fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, utensils, glasses and mugs

All three bedrooms are on the first floor

Bedroom One (en-suite)
An airy bedroom with views over the harbour and a window seat to soak in the scenery. Furnished with king size bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, a wardrobe and mirror. Upside-down blinds offer privacy while allowing the morning light to filter in. This bedroom also features an ensuite shower room

Bedroom Two
Another beautifully styled bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, and chest of drawers. Beautiful harbour views and a window seat—perfect for lingering over a morning coffee and watching the harbour come to life

Bedroom Three
A bright, family-friendly room with a daybed and single bed, bedside table, drawers, Smart TV (Freeview), and skylight that fills the space with natural light. The ideal hideaway for younger guests to relax and unwind

Family Bathroom
The first-floor family bathroom is full of vintage charm, and features a bath with shower over, twin vanities created from old school desks—one cleverly positioned at child-friendly height. Decorative floor tiles add a touch of extravagance

En-suite Bathroom
An ensuite accessed through quirky saloon doors from the Master Bedroom with a shower, basin, mirror, heated towel rail, and WC

An outdoor shower in the cobbled courtyard is the perfect spot to rinse off sandy toes after a day spent exploring Mousehole’s beautiful coastline
