With spectacular sea views and just a short walk to the stunning Carbis Bay Beach, this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The spacious double bedroom opens onto a private sea-facing balcony, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the bay. There is also a second en-suite bedroom featuring a single bed and a pull-out bed, ideal for families or additional guests. The open-plan living area is designed to maximise the incredible sea views, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, with a dining area perfect for enjoying family meals after a day at the beach. The apartment also includes a family bathroom with a bathtub.

Spend your days down on the sand and in the water, explore the coastline, then unwind with sundowners on the balcony before watching a movie together. At the front of the development, the beautifully landscaped shared gardens offer stunning views of the sparkling Carbis Bay waters. The lush lawn is bordered by wild grasses and palm trees, creating a peaceful retreat. Just 5 minutes from your doorstep, the South West Coast Path invites exploration, while the beach is only a 10-minute walk away. Ideal for outdoor adventures, the sheltered bay has something for everyone, whether it’s building sandcastles, wading in the shallows, or enjoying stand-up paddle-boarding and kayak safaris. A short walk will take you to St Ives, where you can wander through streets lined with galleries, browse boutique shops, and enjoy a seafood lunch beside the harbour. It’s a 30-minute stroll along the South West Coast Path or a 5-minute drive. Alternatively, hop on Carbis Bay’s charming single-track railway and take in the fabulous coastal views.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay or if the parking permit is not left in the apartment on departure. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Pets: 1 pet permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £25 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
