32 Carrack is on the second floor and is accessed via a total of 15 steps. One flight down from the car park, and one flight up from the split landing to the front door

Open plan with the lounge and dining area, the kitchen has a built-in electric oven and grill, an electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and *Nespresso pod coffee machine
* A starter supply of pods are provided

The dining area is incorporated within the kitchen area and is furnished with a table and four chairs
Laundry
A shared laundry facility is on-site with coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers

The beautiful master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, built-in wardrobe, shelves, bedside tables with reading lamps and mirror

The bathroom consists of a walk-in rainfall shower and hand-held attachment, a hand basin, heated towel rail, mirror with shaver point, and WC

Parking
Paid parking is available on-site at £10 per night. This would be an allocated space for the duration of the stay on a first come, first served basis which can be arranged directly with the on-site contact provided within the pre-arrival documents provided
Alternatively, St Ives Station long stay car park is a short walk from the apartment
Parking spaces can also be found at the Edward Hain Centre (2025) less than 5 minutes’ walk from Carrack Widden at £10 per day, or £65 for the week. Pre-booking essential
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay or if the parking permit is not left in the apartment on departure. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Pets: No pets permitted
Linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
