Three beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms provide ample space for six guests whether you’re a group of friends in search of a few days away, or a family looking to enjoy a long seaside break. The spacious open-plan living area with fabulous sea views is where you can unwind in complete comfort before heading down to the beach, while the sleek, amply equipped kitchen has all you need for home cooking and entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the beach and sea views, and sliding doors open onto a sea-facing, furnished balcony where you can dine alfresco or watch the sun set.

Situated between Watergate Bay and Newquay, Porth Beach is best known for its safe swimming and family-friendly atmosphere. Lifeguarded year-round, its shallow waters are ideal for young children to splash and play, and low tide reveals many rock pools for young ones explore. Just across the road, Roo’s Beach Hut has all your seaside essentials, from fishing nets and buckets to sun cream, while Café Coast, is a casual spot to enjoy a cream tea or an ice cream in the sunshine.

For those looking to catch some serious waves, Watergate Bay is just a five-minute drive north, while the iconic Fistral Beach is around 10 minutes away in the other direction. Newquay’s other terrific beaches, including Lusty Glaze, Tolcarne, and Great Western, are also close by, as well as the town’s many excellent restaurants, surf shops, and golf course.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Pets: 2 pets allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £25 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
