Featuring an open-plan lounge with garden views and a large terrace overlooking a sprawling lawn, it has plenty of space for relaxation, whether keeping cosy inside, or enjoying fresh-air dining and games in the sunshine.
The property also features a private field for guests’ use which is just across the road. Here you can picnic, lounge in the sunshine, walk the dogs, or savour sundowners as the evenings set in. With all you need for home cooking and entertaining, the kitchen is open plan with the lounge and has a dining area alongside so you can enjoy meals together. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and include a king size and twin. There’s also a handy office off the twin room which is convenient for anyone needing to work during their stay.
St Mawgan is a picturesque village with a 13th-century church and a quiet village green. It’s a great choice for those looking for a peaceful setting that’s still close to Cornwall’s top attractions. The village is just under two miles from Mawgan Porth beach, and popular spots like Watergate Bay and Newquay are within easy reach. Visitors can also explore the Japanese Garden and Bonsai Nursery in the village, known for its landscaped gardens and koi ponds. For dinners out, the Falcon Inn in St Mawgan is highly rated, and walkers can enjoy a scenic 44-minute route to Mawgan Porth beach along a nearby country lane. Along the way, the Off The Path café offers a great spot to pause and take in the countryside views.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay or if the parking permit is not left in the apartment on departure. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Pets: 2 pet's permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £25 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
