Situated on the ground floor, this gorgeous room is open plan with the kitchen / diner and is furnished with a 37″ plasma TV (with Freeview), DVD player, a large U-shaped sofa and a wood-burning stove
*Logs and firelighters supplied for first fire
Kitchen
The contemporary kitchen is open plan with the living / dining area and features granite worktops and a range of large and small appliances which include an induction hob, electric single fan-assisted oven and grill, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, kettle, cafetiere, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
A selection of glasses, cutlery, crockery, cookware and utensils is provided
Dining Room
Open plan with the living room it features a table and 6 dining chairs
All three bedrooms are on the upper floor and have duck feather duvets and pillows

Furnished with a double bed, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers, a wardrobe and mirror

This bedroom features a super king size bed (which can be separated into twin beds on request), bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers

Located on the upper floor this bathroom has a walk-in shower, a hand basin, mirror, cabinet, heated towel rail and WC
Outside
Doors from the kitchen/diner lead out to a fully enclosed courtyard garden with stairs that lead up to a gate. Guests can walk from here down a little lane to the beach
This area is furnished with a table and chairs as well as a charcoal BBQ, and there’s an outdoor shower with hot water
Parking
This property offers an allocated space in the car park of a house called Verbena on Orange Lane which is 15 minutes’ walk away. The space is clearly numbered and named for Serendipity guests
The long stay Island Car Park is 2 minutes’ walk from the property but please note that this car park is very popular so space availability is limited during the busier months.
St Ives Car Parks and their Tariffs
Pets: 1 pet permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange an invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay or if the parking permit is not left in the apartment on departure. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
