To the front of the property is an enclosed terrace which is furnished with an outdoor dining table, chairs, and sofas

Parking
Allocated private parking space for one vehicle on the front drive with plenty of on-street parking available in the area (on first-come first-served basis)
Alternatively the main car park at Porthrepta is a 5 minute walk and has spaces available on a first come first served basis

Pets: 1 pet permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

For guest’s safety, Offshore has a motion sensor Ring Doorbell, which records guests and visitors when approaching the front door.

Linen & Towels - Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay or if the parking permit is not left in the apartment on departure. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
